"I purchased a used front-loading machine, so I was not well-versed on the benefits of using HE detergents from the get-go. I received a sample of Tide HE and my first impression was that the scent was teriffic! I have tried other detergents since, simply because in this rural area, Tide HE is quite expensive, but I always come back to it and I will never switch again. It has low suds, cleans my childrens' clothes completely and makes everything smell wonderful. One thing I would advise is to actually read the usage instructions and use the amounts recommended on the box. If you skimp on amounts, it just isn't going to be as effective, as with any detergent."
